Tison was able to connect me with a mortgage lender, pest inspector, etc. He is very knowledgeable and was able to negotiate a good price for my 1st home. Super grateful and would definitely recommend.

05 Jun, 2024Tison was incredible, he showed us probably 10+ houses over a 2 day span to help us find the perfect house for us. He was super knowledgeable about things we I had no idea about coming from a different state. He was present for our inspection and walkthroughs since we couldn't be present. He stayed on top of everything that needed to get done and went above and beyond. If you don't use Tison as your agent you're doing yourself a disservice.

We were new to the NYC real estate game, but Lia was great and patient in answering our questions, and took the time to get to know us. She was tireless in locating new to market listings and aggressive in scheduling us for open houses and follow-up visits. When the time came to make an offer she helped us craft our offer and present us in the best possible light. Once it was accepted she was there for us evey step of the way, and always prompt in her replies to our e-mails, phone calls, or texts. In the four years since we moved in, we've contacted Lia a few times to ask her opinion on alterations that would help us both immediately and in the future should we decide to sell. If and when the time comes we will definitely be contacting Lia again to help us in the sale our current home and to locate a new one.
