20 May, 2024Tison was amazing to work with. No hesitation to make time for us when we had a short notice house hunting trip to the area. He did a phenomenal job coordinating multiple showings that allowed us to efficiently see multiple houses in a short period of time and still have time to enjoy the area while we were visiting. He quickly and easily answered any questions we had throughout the process and even managed to help us negotiate a contract price below list and more importantly well below appraisal price. The whole process was extremely smooth, would definitely recommend!

My heart always was in the "Lakes Area" . When it came time to relocate we contacted Matt and he helped us secure property in Spirit Lake. Matt listens to you and makes suggestions and follows thru when asked for referrals. Selling was the first step, and guiding us on presentation and proactive steps in creating the most appeal to our home helped us be under contract in just 4 days of being on the market! We were able to execute a same day closing on both properties and his wisdom and expertise never let us feel the pressure. A true pleasure to work with, Tison is as good as they come and we know we were in the best hands. I can’t imagine working with anybody else.

We worked with Matt over a period of about 9 months during which he showed us many different options. We looked at condos, patio homes, smaller homes and larger homes. We considered homes in the Milford area, in Spencer, and in Spirit Lake. Matt was very patient with us and reassured us that we would together find the right home for us, which we ultimately did. He never at any time put any pressure on us to make a decision. He was extremely prompt in his communication skills and always responded almost immediately to any question or concerns we had. He has a good knowledge of the community and always offered information which he thought would be helpful in our decision making process. Matt is easy to talk to and puts you at ease.

05 Jun, 2024We are so grateful to Tison for helping us find the perfect home for our family! We are a Coast Guard family and received orders to Clearwater, FL. Tison was very knowledgeable about the area, and extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. The market in FL was a bit intimidating for us with housing prices and interest rates being so high, but Tison was very reassuring and helped us find and purchase our home 20K below it's appraised value. We also received closing costs assistance and he negotiated a later closing date, as we were not able to leave the area we were stationed right away. We were unable to travel to FL to physically see the homes but Tison walked through the homes we were interested in, took videos for us, and provided honest feedback. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and we would not have felt comfortable purchasing a home we have never stepped foot in if not for him. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying/selling!

But it was helped tremendously by working with a great agent who really understood us, our must-haves and our nice-to-haves. During our year-long search for the perfect place, she worked hard to scour the market for new listings. We finally scored our dream place because she heard about a condo that would be coming on the market and we were able to get in an early bid and connect with the agent and the sellers. She's at Corcoran which is a big firm with lots of resources that she was able to tap into.
