He did a phenomenal job coordinating multiple showings that allowed us to efficiently see multiple houses in a short period of time and still have time to enjoy the area while we were visiting. He quickly and easily answered any questions we had throughout the process and even managed to help us negotiate a contract price below list and more importantly well below appraisal price. The whole process was extremely smooth, would definitely recommend!
