I would like to say that Matt Lippon is a very experienced, helpful and thorough realtor. I am originally from the Northwest Iowa area but due to work lived away for 20 plus years. My heart always was in the "Lakes Area" . When it came time to relocate we contacted Matt and he helped us secure property in Spirit Lake. Matt listens to you and makes suggestions and follows thru when asked for referrals. Matt is highly knowledgeable and he was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I was thoroughly impressed with his communication and willingness to get answers to the questions he was not as confident with. He truly cares about his clients and does not let them jump into quick decisions. He wants the best for them and he provides a fun experience during a very important and not always easy process. I will most definitely be recommending him to others who are looking to buy a home.

Matt is everything a realtor should be - perceptive, patient, persistent and utterly professional. My search for just the right house stretched over nearly 3 years and several different property options. Throughout Matt listened to my evolving requirements and presented me with excellent opportunities to see and consider varying properties and price points as well as sound advice and insights on the local real estate market. We had a very positive experience with Matt Lippon and would recommend him to anyone seeking to purchase a home in the Okoboji area. We worked with Matt over a period of about 9 months during which he showed us many different options. We looked at condos, patio homes, smaller homes and larger homes. We considered homes in the Milford area, in Spencer, and in Spirit Lake. Matt was very patient with us and reassured us that we would together find the right home for us, which we ultimately did. He never at any time put any pressure on us to make a decision. He was extremely prompt in his communication skills and always responded almost immediately to any question or concerns we had. He has a good knowledge of the community and always offered information which he thought would be helpful in our decision making process. Matt is easy to talk to and puts you at ease.

I found Matt to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He kept me well informed on his progress to find a home to fit my needs and budget. He worked quickly to show me the homes available. If I had a question or concerned he promptly gave me or found the answer. When it was time to but my house he was able to represent me AND the seller in a fair and equitable manner.
