Hi. We recently went through the stressful process of buying and selling. But it was helped tremendously by working with a great agent who really understood us, our must-haves and our nice-to-haves. During our year-long search for the perfect place, she worked hard to scour the market for new listings. I recently sold and then bought with Lia's help, and working with her was a great experience. She was kind, patient, punctual, responsive, and was supportive of me putting my family's needs first. She brought all of her knowledge along with the collective knowledge of Garfield to help with staging, listing, open houses, answer questions along the way, and make valuable recommendations. Lia helped my wife and I locate and purchase our condo in 2013. We were new to the NYC real estate game, but Lia was great and patient in answering our questions, and took the time to get to know us. She was tireless in locating new to market listings and aggressive in scheduling us for open houses and follow-up visits. When the time came to make an offer she helped us craft our offer and present us in the best possible light. Once it was accepted she was there for us evey step of the way, and always prompt in her replies to our e-mails, phone calls, or texts. In the four years since we moved in, we've contacted Lia a few times to ask her opinion on alterations that would help us both immediately and in the future should we decide to sell. If and when the time comes we will definitely be contacting Lia again to help us in the sale our current home and to locate a new one.
